This file records important AI‑assisted development actions.

The log is designed for long‑term traceability of AI‑driven development.

Each entry must include:

• Date (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM)
• Task ID
• Agent
• Task type (plan/build)
• Objective
• Scope
• Files Modified / Files Inspected
• Key Decisions or Proposed Changes
• Validation
• Result
• Open Issues

Entries must remain chronological.
